Rishi is a Partner at Eagle Rock Properties LLC, responsible for Investments. Rishi is also an Investment Committee member of Eagle Rock Advisors LLC. He oversees acquisitions, asset management and capital deployment, and plays an active role in business and organizational growth. Since helping launch the investment management business 2011, Rishi has led the acquisition and financing of all fund investments. Eagle Rock manages over $1B of investor equity and currently owns and operates nearly 9,000 multifamily units with a value in excess of $2.5B.

Prior to joining Eagle Rock, Rishi helped launch a value-oriented hedge fund. Previously, he was in business strategy consulting. Rishi has also spent time with a high-end developer in Mumbai, India, and has worked with a private New York-based real estate owner-operator of class-B office.

Rishi is a CFA charter holder. He earned an MBA with Distinction from Columbia Business School and has a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park. Rishi is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC) where he is Chair of the EL Committee and an active member of Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Multifamily Product Council. He is also on the Board of NYPEN Real Estate and a co-founder of NY South Asian Real Estate Network.
